Lewis Jewelers offers free, fast shipping to all of our shipping destinations within the continental U.S., on all jewelry. In addition to free shipping, you can rest assured in knowing that your items are securely packaged and fully insured while in-transit to your home or office. ORDERS WILL SHIP OUT THE NEXT DAY AFTER THE ORDER IS PLACED for delivery for IN STOCK ITEMS ONLY.

RETURN POLICY
10 Day Refunds for Returns For Purchases
We stand behind every item we sell and we want you to experience total satisfaction with your purchase. Merchandise in original condition may be returned for a full refund within 10 days, and exchanged within 14 days after purchase for exchanges in-store. Any merchandise special ordered, custom made or altered(watch sized) may not be returned. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
100% Refund
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, return it in its original, unworn condition for a 100% refund. No restocking fee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days for a full refund or exchange - no questions asked. Many retailers charge a restocking fee for returns; we don't charge you a cent. Special orders and custom made jewelry may not apply.
Free Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will pay for the return shipping. (U.S. customers only) If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within the first 10 days of shipment for a full refund or exchange - we even pay for the return shipping. Free returns only apply to U.S customers and are limited to three per customer. To return an item, simply follow the return procedures listed below:
1.Contact our Customer Service department at 734-994-5111.
2.Advise the representative that you wish to return your order.
3.Within one business day of your phone call we will email you a pre - paid, fully insured UPS 2 - Day label, along with instructions on how to safely and securely package your items.
4.Take your order and the label to the nearest UPS location and simply mail it back to us. If you need packaging materials, UPS will assist you. Do NOT disclose what the items are. Insurance values will be pre set under the label we provide you.
5.Your order should arrive in our office within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
6.All refunds will be processed within two weeks, in the form of the original purchase method. Bank wires will be refunded via company check
